Each time you arrive at the site you must:
- Report to the security gatehouse, sign in and produce a current induction card
- Meet your Site Contact Person in the car park to escort you throughout the site
- Enter the Site and meet the Site Contact Person where they tell you to
- Wait at the Evacuation Assembly Area to await further instructions

When leaving site and not returning what must you do with your card:
- Keep the induction Card with you for your next visit and sign out at Gatehouse 3
- Return the Access Card to security at Gatehouse 3 and sign out
- Sign out and give the Access Card to your Site Contact Person
- Leave the site via the car park

If you leave/re-enter the site during your visit:
- You must leave and enter via the Security Gatehouse (Gate 3)
- You must sign in & sign out via the Security Gatehouse (Gate 3)
- You must ensure your Site Contact Person knows that you are leaving and that you are returning to the site
- All of the above

When you hear an emergency evacuation alarm, you must:
- Go to the nearest coffee shop
- Go to your car and off site
- Exit in the usual manner
- Follow your Contact Person to the Evacuation Assembly Area

Incidents, injuries and near misses must be reported:
- When you remember
- By the end of the week
- Immediately
- Next time you see your supervisor

Visitors and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
- You don’t have to wear PPE in designated areas if you are just passing through
- Visitors are not required to wear PPE as long as they are with their Site Contact Person
- Personal Protective Equipment must be worn in designated areas at all times

Vehicles must be parked in the designated parking area and may not enter the site without the expressed consent of the Site Contact Person (True or False):

Smoking is allowed on site:
- Anywhere except productions areas
- Outside only
- In the designated smoking areas only
- Outside and not near gas or chemicals

Photographs may be taken:
- Anywhere except in manufacturing areas
- Anywhere as long as no Highland Pine Products signs are visible
- Only with the express consent of the Site Manager
- Anytime, as long as photos relate to your visit
