What is the regulation relating to logs and load heights?
Loads can be as high as required to get the legal weight on.
As long as the load is crowned, logs can be at any height above the bolsters.
Loads must be loaded as per the FIC guideline adopted by the Industry.
What are the requirements for sweeping down the truck before leaving the site?
There is no need to get rid of any loose material.
Only very large stones or pieces of bark should be removed by hand.
All loose bark and stones should be swept off as practicable with a broom.
